Helena von Zweigbergk's "Total Loss" pre-empted in Germany

torsdag 17 januari 2019

It is our pleasure to reveal that the German language rights for Helena von Zweigbergk's domestic drama Total Loss have been acquired by Nagel & Kimche in a pre-empt.

Publishing director Patricia Reimann, who has previously published books such as John Williams' Stoner, Graham Swift's Mothering Sunday and Celeste Ng's Little Fires Everywhere, released the following statement: I loved this spare well tempered language with a glowing subcurrent: Threat, love, despair, aggression, tenderness. The story so well felt and developed, so much potential of truth. The kind of thruth that implicates: there is no such thing like ONE truth.

The German language edition will be published as a lead title approximately spring 2020.
